What happens when I reach my credit limit?

When you reach your credit limit, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional credits. You'll receive notifications at 80% and 90% usage to help you plan ahead. Your monitoring continues—you just won't be able to generate new analyses until credits are refreshed or added.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to additional features and credits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused credits don't roll over to the next month.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. If you're not satisfied with Qwairy within the first 14 days, contact our support team for a full refund. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and won't be charged for the following month.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required to start. After the trial, you can choose to subscribe or continue with limited free features.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for European customers. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing saves you 2 months compared to monthly pricing—that's approximately 17% savings. The discount is automatically applied when you select annual billing.

How do credits work?

Credits are used for AI analyses and content generation. Each AI query, competitor analysis, or content brief consumes credits based on complexity. Core AI models (ChatGPT 4o-mini, Mistral) use fewer credits, while premium models (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini Pro) use more. You can track usage in real-time from your dashboard.
